Vaculog Pneumatic Waste and laundry collection system transports waste and laundry in concealed pipes through the pneumatic technology.
It works very similarly to VPTS but simply with larger pipes that varies from 90-600mm which enables transportation of large garbage bags and laundry bags from one place to another.
How it works
Verticle pipes are connected with horizontal pipes which enables transportation of waste in any direction where as in the conventional system waste could only be transported vertically through gravity chutes. A double door loading station is installed which is connect to the pipes installed. Once the article is loaded it creats a suction of approx 30kpa which sucks the garbage from the loading station to a centralised waste collection area where the garbabe truck and come and take it away without having to enter the facility.
The loading station is fully customizable and allows you to segregate the waste into mutiple options for example- dry waste, wet waste, biomedical waste, laundry, etc. This is possible with either touch screen panel or button system to choose what waste is being loaded.
